WTF Style Poomsae - Coached by Master Saejin Yi
- Former USA National Poomsae Team Member (2014)

- Bronze Medal - 9th WTF World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship 2014, Aguascalientes, MEXICO
- Gold Medal (Freestyle Team Poomsae) - 2019 Pan America Game, Lima, Peru
Teen / Adult - Ages 13 to above

Youth - Ages 7 to 12 year olds

Children - Ages 3 to 6 year olds
